This is a really great company to work for if you're new and just starting out in the workforce, but depending on what you do there are not too many growth or advancement opportunities. Another issue: I've worked here for over 3 years, my responsibilities have grown to the point where it feels like I'm working 3+ jobs and I haven't had one single raise. I've asked quite a few times about getting and raise and while my manager has agreed that I deserve one nothing ever gets done.

Data Entry Analyst in San Antonio, TX

I have worked as data entry analyst for 2 years. Turnaround rate is high because volume is ridiculous. Most new trainees last a month or 2 at most. Temp agency is very hands off and management is out of touch with their own workers. Instead of hiring people to replace those who leave, extra work is "distributed" on top of already existing work load. Not worth what you get paid. Hard work and excelling numbers/performance goes virtually unnoticed. Your lucky if you get any incentives for years of hard work.(most i got was a measly 5 dollars for Starbucks after a year of pulling above average percentage productivity.)

Help Desk Analyst in Detroit, MI

Unorganized and little to no communication with the staff. It was difficult to know who was responsible for what role. Asking what seemed to be an easy question got you passed from person to person with no answer. The place I was assigned to had even worse management. Condescending, unhelpful, and the training was terrible.

Pre Closing Manager in Phoenix, AZ

Good company to work very good team support some was always there to help you and support you on daily decision that needed to be made would work them anytime again

IT Project Manager/Business Analyst in Detroit, MI

No loyalty to people that deliver culture is a fake and not reflective of how they true my treat their employees . Contracts are one thing but direct or pseudo direct is another hero one day and on the street the next
